John S. “Brook” Brooking represents both business entities and individuals in a wide array of legal matters, and practices extensively in the areas of Corporate/Business (formations and transactions), Employment and Labor, Estate Planning and Probate, Contracts/Leases, Commercial, Construction, Real Estate, Banking, Environmental, Taxation and General Litigation.

Brook is President of the Vent Haven Museum in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky the worlds only Ventriloquest museum, and also serves on the Executive Committee of the Beechwood Education Foundation, the Executive Committee of the Kenton County Republican Party, and also serves as a Director of the Northern Kentucky Port Authority.   He also formerly served as the Chairman of the Construction Law Section of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association.  He, his wife Kim and son are members of St. Agnes Church and reside in Ft. Wright KY.

Brook has made numerous appearances at the Cincinnati Real Estate Investors Association, addressing issues of asset protection and other legal issues in the area of real estate. He has been a featured guest and made multiple appearances on radio talk shows, addressing issues of asset protection and other legal issues in the area of real estate and business.
